Vontélle OOTD Contest - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The OOTD challenge is open to individuals who are existing Vontélle customers and meet the participation requirements outlined in the challenge promotion.
- Participants must create and share an OOTD (Outfit Of The Day) video featuring Vontélle eyewear on their personal TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook accounts.
- Videos must include the hashtags #vontelle and #VontelleOOTD to be considered for entry.
- Submissions must adhere to community guidelines and standards of appropriate content. (FB/IG/Tiktok platform)
- After posting their video on social media, participants must send an email to customer@vontelle.com with the link to their post for official entry.
- The challenge begins on Monday April 8th, 2024, and ends on April 30th, 2024.
- Only submissions posted during this period will be considered for entry.
- The winning participant will receive a $250 Vontélle gift card that can be used for Vontélle website only.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
- Prescription lenses is excluded from the contest.
- The winning entry will be selected based on criteria such as creativity, style, and adherence to submission guidelines.
- The winner will be chosen by a judges appointed by Vontélle and announced on May 3rd, 2024.
- The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which their winning entry was submitted.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
- By participating in the challenge, participants grant Vontélle the right to use their submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website features, and marketing materials.
- Vontélle shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the challenge or acceptance of the prize.
- Vontélle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
